Those seeking certification as a Certified Scrum Master®. This course is fully approved by Scrum Alliance as the Certified Scrum Master® certification. This course is for all members of the Scrum Team, and it features real-life activities, not just a series of presentations and discussions. In order to be eligible for certification recommendation as a CSM®, students must be in attendance all scheduled sessions with active participation.

I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course with Sherman Gomberg as the instructor, and it was an excellent experience. Sherman is a knowledgeable, engaging, and approachable teacher who brings real-world experience into the classroom. What stood out most was his ability to make Scrum concepts practical and easy to understand through clear explanations, relatable examples, and interactive discussions. He encouraged questions, fostered collaboration, and ensured every participant left with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and how to apply them effectively. I walked away from the course with not only the certification but also a much deeper confidence in facilitating Scrum events, supporting teams, and embracing the Scrum values.

The course was well organized and the instructor incorporated practical examples. In-class exercises were helpful.

Sherman was an excellent instructor, keeping each student engaged. The practice scenarios involved non-industry specific tasks which were accessible to everyone. I liked that he demonstrated his own tools that he developed to assist with Agile practices.

Good course, very well organized. I've done a lot of scrum education yet I learned many new things in this course.

This was a highly engaging course with many breakout activity opportunities that effectively prepared me to pass the CSM certification test the following day. Sherman is an extremely knowledgeable instructor and teaches in ways that beginners and more experienced professionals alike can engage with. He even incorporates AI effectively in the course and demonstrated AI use cases to assist us as Scrum Masters.

Course moved along in a logical manner and everything was explained clearly. 16 hours over 2 days can be tough but this went smoothly.
