Amazing amazing instructor and content both!!

This is a great course for organizing and structuring the practices I have been utilizing for the past decade.

This course was well-structured and highly instructive, effectively organizing processes I have employed for many years, and I would recommend it.

Rick Waters is a detailed and thorough Instructor. Not only is his instruction professionally taught, but he was also able to expand on all the topics that were covered. I can honestly and honorably say that if I take another Scrum class for my professional development. I will look to see if he instructs the class first.

Rick made this an excellent class. I learned a lot on how product owners interact with stakeholders. The projects built during class were both entertaining and reinforced the material learned.

Mr. Waters is an excellent professor and made the class interesting and fun.

Rick was an amazing instructor who wasn't above answering any entry level question I had. He was thorough in his explanation of all principles and I left this course feeling confident about the material and putting this training to good use.

Rick is a Phenomenal Instructor ! 1.) He set clear guidelines and obtainable goals. 2.) He gave us an overview of what we'd be learning and how that materials is different...or similar .. to either PMP. ..and seemingly "similar" certifications . 3.) Each module and or concept that Rick taught us....was clearly defined and explained. 4.) Rick had regularly scheduled , and well regulated breaks(for bathroom, munchies break..etc,) to keep us at heightened level of alertness for or focusing on our lecture material. 5.) Rick was very accommodating and encouraging,..of us asking him questions about the lecture material. 6.) Some cohort students ( including myself) , sometimes asked slightly 'off topic 'questions ,and Rick would briefly answer them and judiciously keep us on track with the lecture material. 7.) Our group team projects were clearly defined, explained and we, I learned a lot from them!! 8.) Rick explained "actionable steps" we could use to further our knowledge and this..or other Certifications and he gave us all Encouragement.

Rick has so much knowledge that he passes on that I’m already looking for another course led by him. The training was invaluable!
