Refund Policy

Cancellations are difficult for everyone. If The Druckman Company must cancel a class due to low enrollment or other factors, enrollees will be given a full refund and may register in a future event if they wish.

If you've registered for an event and find you cannot attend, you are eligible for a full refund up to ten business days prior to the course start date. Simply let us know in writing that you cannot attend class and would like a refund.

After this date, no refunds are available. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or colleague. You may also, for a $200 fee, roll your registration to a future class on a space-available basis (please note that this option is available only for courses sponsored by The Druckman Company and not partner-sponsored classes).

To request a cancellation, roll your registration to a future class, or substitute a registration, please contact us.

Excellent course; highly recommend! Clear instructions and a good balance between material, discussion, and team exercises.

As a participant with no meaningful knowledge of Scrum prior to the course, I was impressed with how much information was provided in only two days. We were able to have a meaningful role-play on the morning of the second day which did not seem possible when the schedule was laid out on day one. I heartily recommend this content if your team is interested in learning more about Scrum.

Whether you're new to scrum or a scrum veteran, Angela's course is perfect. She presents a ton of information in a short time, but in a way that doesn't feel like drinking from a firehose.
