Rich does a great job. It is a very collaborative experience and has a very open dialogue setting. Would highly recommend attending one of Rich's courses.

Richard is an excellent instructor and he did an excellent job of introducing us to the world of Scrum and preparing us to pursue our certifications. I took the 3 day x 5 hr CSM course and thought that was just the right length - it allowed us to keep up our energy and focus, and fully engage in breakouts and Q&A with Richard.

The course was very helpful to me as it clarified some questions I had after being in a Scrum team for 3 years. Richard is a highly skilled teacher and facilitator. He is very prepared and organized. He is ready to address any question we have and prepared us thoroughly for the CSM exam. I was able to pass the exam at the first try!
