Having an agenda for both days would have been awesome - knowing when breaks were expected and when the day would end. This also ties into my final comment below.Many of the break out sessions felt like they needed more guidance or direction. Several times we got into the break out and it started with people saying

He made excellent use of online tools such as Mural to facilitate discussion in smaller breakout sessions which I found effective. Overall excellent course, great instructor, and online materials which I will immediately be able to apply to my job.

Also, plenty of additional resources were brought up to aid additional learning on various topics covered throughout the course. There were a lot of courses with different time and duration and instructor, but I'm glad I picked this one.
