I recently completed the CSPO certification course with Maria Matarelli through SimpliAxis. The experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The course was engaging and maintained my interest throughout the two-day training. Maria’s pacing was perfect, covering all material without feeling rushed. Her teaching style is dynamic and highly effective. She brings great energy and enthusiasm to every session. Maria uses numerous real-world examples throughout the course. These practical scenarios made abstract concepts much easier to understand. Her ability to connect theory to actual workplace situations was invaluable. The course content was exceptionally well-structured. Each module flowed logically into the next. We covered all essential Product Owner responsibilities thoroughly. The material progressed naturally from basic Scrum concepts to advanced topics. Everything felt connected and purposeful. The focus on practical application was outstanding. Maria showed us how to apply concepts, not just memorize them. The examples were directly relevant to real work environments. I feel confident implementing what I learned immediately. The exercises effectively reinforced key concepts. Interaction and engagement were excellent throughout. Maria created a welcoming, collaborative environment. She encouraged questions and facilitated meaningful discussions. Everyone felt comfortable participating and sharing perspectives. Group activities enhanced learning through hands-on practice. I had an excellent experience completing the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) course. The training was highly engaging, blending theory with practical exercises that made Scrum concepts immediately applicable to real-world scenarios. The trainer’s expertise and interactive approach helped me strengthen my skills in stakeholder collaboration, backlog refinement, and maximizing product value. This course not only deepened my Agile mindset but also gave me practical tools and confidence to step into the Product Owner role more effectively. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career in Agile and product management.

The teaching can be better and more relevant examples are needed. I won't recommend Maria for this course, please choose someone else.

The course was engaging and interactive, which made the learning experience enjoyable. I believe it would be even more effective if course materials were provided alongside the sessions to support ongoing reference and understanding. During the training, we were grouped to simulate Scrum team roles. It would be beneficial to allocate around 30 minutes for team members to connect and learn about each other's backgrounds before diving into the activities. This would help foster better collaboration and team dynamics. Additionally, incorporating a dedicated Q&A session at the end of each day would be valuable. Even if it slightly extends the session time, it ensures participants have the opportunity to clarify doubts and reflect on the day's learning without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a well-structured and insightful course, and I appreciate the effort put into making it interactive and practical. Looking forward to applying these learnings in real-world scenarios.
