Brian was a very knowledgeable coach in this advanced class. Very organized and extremely interactive. He was very flexible in accommodating my company with a date and time to have a group certification class. His use of tools complemented his open discussion coaching practice. The use of a parking lot and feedback loop was excellent. He took the time to address these through both days of the course. I would highly suggest Brian to anyone who’s is looking for a highly interactive and in-time knowledgeable coach.

Enjoyed the team interaction along with breakout rooms, along with a scenario with running into your VP, which to me has happened a couple of times.

Brian was a great instructor with a wealth of knowledge. His use of breakout rooms and collaboration to get the class engaged and really doing the role rather than thinking about the role, stood out to me. I enjoyed the different exercises we did and my class had very meaningful discussions which led to valuable insights about the Scrum Master role. I would recommend this class and Brian to anyone looking to gain their A-CSM

This is course is a reinforcement of all your scrum practices. If you have been exposed long enough it is a very good way to understand if you are in the right path.

Brian has a great team and has a lot of experience in the field to give you real-life approaches to the problems you might be facing, not just theory.

The instructor was very knowledgeable, understanding, and quick to respond to questions. He had complete control of the class but also encouraged spontaneity. The classmates were all eager to learn and had a wealth of knowledge being from different backgrounds and it seemed like every exercise the team I was with all participated and worked for excellence in the exercises. This class was a relevant step in learning more about being a better scrum master and the journey in front of the scrum master. I would recommend this class to anyone that is trying to learn more about SCRUM.
