She was both informative and facilitating in her approach, always allowing time for contemplation that led to useful discussion. She was mindful of our time without making us feel rushed. The sessions were engaging, even during her brief lecture segments, which fostered a true learning environment. I intend to pursue additional training courses and would welcome the opportunity to learn with Kim again.
