I personally think that this training may be useful for people whom have never been in contact with scrum, because is only an introductive training with no real directions regarding how to do scrum right. In case one is already in a scrum team then for sure there are some questions or directions that need to be fulfilled. because i was part of different projects working this methodology i find this training to to basic, and not sufficient.

The training is interesting and helped me clarify things that were not clear. Also the trainer has patience and deep knowledge on the matter.

It was a totally delightful experience to have Carlton as a CSM trainer. It was my first course with AppliedFrameworks and it definitely worth it. He made everything so well explained and the course was very interactive with the use of the Miro whiteboard tool and many practical exercises. I would recommend 10/10 to all my colleagues!

Taking this course has changed the way I look at scrum and made me realize that I wasn't as agile as I thought I was. The role of the scrum master is of high importance and all who aspire of being a good SM wonder how or what they can do to become better. Carlton has managed to use his skills so well and made us see and learn how to do just that. A true privilege to see him do just that. Teaching you without telling you.
