I’m grateful to Roger for leading an excellent CSM course. His engaging real-world examples and interactive teaching helped me understand that Agile is not just a methodology, but a mindset of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement. This was a fantastic course unlike any I’ve taken before.

I must say that this is the best course I’ve taken recently. Even before the course began, Roger Chou had already laid the foundation in various ways—such as pre-course preparation, review quizzes to establish basics, providing relevant videos to enhance understanding of the material, and organizing a pre-course study group to check on everyone's progress and help us get to know each other. As a senior college professor myself, I was truly amazed by Dr. Chou's teaching approaches. What he offered not only successfully helped students pass the CSM exam, but also, through lecturing, coursework, demonstrations, games, real case studies, discussion and sharing, and team sprint practice, enabled students to thoroughly understand the Agile's core values and how to apply the Scrum framework in various aspects of both work and life. Most importantly, his passion and faith in Scrum made the entire class become advocates for Scrum, giving us the confidence to apply it within our own organizations and promote it as much as possible. I genuinely believe Dr. Chou’s teaching deserves a rating of more than five stars.
