I offer 21 years of hands-on IT career experience –– 16 years of which I spent as a Project Manager/Scrum Master/Delivery Manager/Iteration Manager for leading technology, telecom, consulting, financial services, government and retail companies across Australia, US, UK, Brazil, India, China and The Philippines. Furthermore, I have been successful at leading mission-critical projects (from inception to deployment) and maintaining seamless delivery of robust technology platforms (cloud, web and mobile).

BIG ROOM PLANNING / ROADMAP
✔ Helped teams @ Woolworths Group to run the BRP (Big Room Planning) sessions to identify and shape the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) every quarter by breaking down and translating the main company’s goals into objectives, initiatives, epics, and stories. The delivery rate was improved by 30% - more accurate requirements, estimates, dependencies and risks monitoring.
DELIVERY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
✔ Helped teams @ Woolworths Group to improve their delivery process by identifying gaps under the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), creating and reviewing set of tasks (template of broken down tasks when starting a new initiative/epic), reviewing the change management process (using ServiceNow), by adding weekly check points to identify and update new and existing deliverables for the current/following week, adopting the Jira Releases as the source of truth when planning deployments, and having checklists of documentation needed prior deployment in UAT and PRD environments. These changes increased our average of weekly deliveries from 2-3 (scenario before I joined) to 5-7 (after implementing changes on processes). An increase of around 100% of weekly deliverables. The process became the standard for other teams to follow within the group.
MVP DISCOVERY
✔ Helped Ignition Advice to shape the MVP through discovery sessions, facilitating the inception process with stakeholders, pointing gaps, improving processes, and reviewing priorities. The deadline originally planned for 12+ months was dramatically reduced to 6 months.
