I have always been fascinated by how to use technology to solve problems, achieve innovation, and positively influence society.
My career began in voice and data communications, where I worked on the frontlines to identify, troubleshoot, and repair circuits. This experience exposed me to networking architecture, configuring and repairing Cisco routers, where I quickly drew attention for my natural leadership and collaborative teamwork capabilities.
For 7+ years, I have led, guided, and mentored high-performance teams in delivering complex IT projects and data applications—from concept to product—that optimized business value, scalability, and customer experience. Under my leadership, my teams and I have resolved several incidents (Level I/II/III) involving mission-critical applications, reduced customer impacting incidents, minimized operational downtime, and safeguarded the integrity of multimillion-dollar transactions and critical business data.
