About
Albert Arul Prakash is a passionate believer of Agile that is practical in nature. He believes in implementing Agile in its pure nature focusing on the four values and twelve principles. He is currently associated with Mindtree as Senior Engineering manager with the focus of transforming teams towards value delivery to the customer by using Agile, XP practices.
He is also a Social Media Enthusiast having strong Community building and management experience. He is also an active speaker, Host, and associated with multiple agile communities.
His experience in agile started at the year 2009 with Consona Technologies (now Aptean) as a Scrum master transformed the teams into the agile way of working. With the learnings from scrum community, he implemented practices that were adopted with ease within the teams and organization. He has about 3 years of Agile Coaching experience and about 8 years as Scrum Master.
In his current engagement, he had coached multiple teams to implement and improve Scrum and XP practices in customer projects. He believes in how Agile helps the developers to develop high-quality products, code in a high learning environment and improve every day using retrospectives. I am very interested in Agile Leadership and Agile Project Management.
