I have over 14 years of experience in setting up and managing agile organisations. I consult, coach and train teams from the work floor to senior management in agile work styles and agile leadership. Among my clients are ING, Triodos, KPN and DELA. I am a doer, I like to bring energy and inspiration. It's about the acceleration that I bring. Yes, I do like coaching, but it's more about the impact. I want to improve or accelerate something, create or add value.

This means that I don’t bring a process or a scrum, but that I come in with an open mind; what are your challenges? If I think something is unsatisfactory, I cannot help improve the operating result. You have to be able to earn more with me, otherwise, I don’t properly do my job.
