Program Manager for the JEM Program ($45 million) a DoD Command and Control Information Technology (C2 IT) system program of record. JEM is a web application, used by the Warfighter to generate decision-oriented information and enable enhanced situational awareness for protecting military and civilian populations from intentional or incidental CBRN threats and Toxic Industrial Chemical and Toxic Industrial Material (TIC/TIM) hazards.
Oversees the configuration management and delivery to the Government to support four Operating Systems in a stand-alone computing system and enterprise environments such as milCloud. Ensures the system is interoperable with other systems including the JWARN Web Application (JWA) and the Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS J).
Manages over 27 personnel including eight subcontractors across eight time zones.
Oversees the GDIT Agile Process using scrum and integrating seamlessly into the Government’s Change Control Board (CCB) and Rack and Stack (RnS) processes.
