Gregg Hill is an Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSP-PO), Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) that has been helping organizations with Agile/Scrum transformations, as well as managing, designing and delivering professional software solutions for a wide variety of clients including Health, Welfare, Justice, Public Safety, Retirement, and Legislative agencies – since June of 1988. His role on projects has progressed from an individual contributor, including UX/UI design and software development, to a Senior Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master/Agile Coach, where he leverages his leadership skills and strong technical background to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
Mr. Hill has adapted to the various software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and technologies over the years, and continues to stay up-to-date through project work and self-education. He has over 35 years of experience with all SDLC aspects and best practices including agile coaching, agile software development, project management, architecture, technical writing, user experience, requirements gathering, analysis, design, programming, testing, performance tuning, and graphic design.
