My journey with scrum started as our development team started to grow. There was only two of use coding when I started at Silverbucket and it was not that organized in any way. After a while the company had grown a bit and I was asked to start as a Scrum Master for the role. I had no idea what that meant but said yes anyway.

I started reading about scrum and what it meant. Of course along doing development focusing on either Scrum Master role or Developer role where ever I felt I was needed most. After couple of years I participated in a certification course and I'd say my journey took another level. Not only because of the course but because I got access to ScrumAlliance platform. I think the articles and learning modules are well made and inspiring, so I keep getting back.

Now I feel that my mission is to help us create fertile environment for people to build awesome stuff while having a smile on their faces.
