Jayaram Rajaram I have more than 20 years of experience in Information and Technology and more than 5 years in Agile. Currently working as a Project Manager at TPICAP. Worked in numerous technology and highly skilled technically and in management wise. I have experience from Inception to delivery of the project. Primarily worked on Java/C# based projects. Worked from Traditional waterfall, RUP to Agile methodologies. Managed projects from both offshore and onshore and worked in India, Netherlands, America, Belgium and UK. Managed teams of different sizes from 5-50 in numbers in one of the major multi nationals, Atos Origin, Euroclear and Barclays and now the biggest Inter Dealer Borkers TPICAP in Lodnon. Worked in different domains Government, Education, Clearning, FX, OPTIONS and RFQ (Finance). I worked as Agile coach and mentored the team and also helped companies in setting up Agile team and helped the team to follow Agile methodologies.
