Certified ScrumMaster®

I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course taught by Rick and it was a valuable and engaging experience. I enrolled to gain a solid foundation in Scrum and Agile practices, and the course delivered exactly that. Over two days, we covered all the essentials, Scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and real-world applications. The content was clear, structured, and aligned with the official Scrum Alliance guidelines. The instructor, was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and full of industry insights. The instructor's real-life scenarios made abstract concepts much easier to understand. The course was delivered online, but it was highly interactive with breakout rooms, group activities, that kept everyone engaged. After the course, I felt well-prepared for the CSM exam, which I passed on the first attempt. More importantly, I now feel more confident participating in Agile projects at work. If I had to mention an area for improvement, I would say the pace felt a little rushed and stretched especially on the last module. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get CSM certified or improve their Scrum understanding.

I've debated taking a CSM course on and off for a few years now and finally committed and wished that I had taken it sooner. The class was packed full of interactive material, which directly influenced my exam's passing grade by the end of the second day. Highly recommend, both for professional growth as a Scrum Master and for those looking for training on Scrum itself.
