A balanced blend of accelerated learning techniques

Our Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) program, features a mix of online, on-demand, self-paced learning, one-on-one instructor interactions, and interactive, instructor-led, live sessions fostering engagement and collaboration among students. Our approach provides students with the flexibility to progress through the program at their own pace, while ensuring they are supported and connected to a vibrant community of learners. If you’re looking for a fast-turnaround 2-day certification, this may not be the right fit. Our advanced Scrum programs are designed as multi-month learning journeys that emphasize depth, application, and long-term growth.

Ignore the publicized dates! Start and finish when YOU want!

While the Scrum Alliance requires publication of dates for all listed courses, this program's online, on-demand, and self-paced nature offers the flexibility to start and complete the program at your convenience. The curriculum comprises 13 courses, in addition to an orientation course and virtual classroom sessions.

This is a 6-month program. You will have the flexibility to finish at an accelerated pace if desired, but based on our experience, a realistic timeframe is typically 3-4 months. We advise allocating an average of 1-2 weeks for each of the 13 courses in the program plus buffer time to accommodate family obligations, vacations, and work commitments.

And if life REALLY throws you a curveball, you can pause your program until you are able to revisit it, at no additional expense to you.

What To Expect

  • Upon registering for the program, your instructor, Kim Poremski, will schedule a brief meet and greet session with you. She will also provide you with tips and tricks for how to successfully navigate and complete the program.
  • You will then complete the online Orientation course to familiarize yourself with the Learning Management System (LMS) and you’ll be on your way.
  • All you will need is a computer with a working microphone and camera, and a reliable internet connection.
  • You can choose to complete the courses in any order you desire.
  • Each course consists of multiple modules, including 1-2 instructional videos per course, that introduce core concepts. These concepts are further explored through real-world applications and challenges, that Kim will review and provide you with valuable feedback.
  • Each course features a downloadable workbook and multiple ancillary reference materials.
  • To complete the program, you will also be expected to attend a minimum of FOUR virtual, one-hour, instructor-led classroom sessions where you will have the opportunity to engage with other program participants.  However, you are welcome to attend as many of these sessions as you’d like during your one-year subscription period.
  • Kim will periodically check in with you to ensure you stay on track and is readily available to offer additional support whenever needed.
