This is a highly interactive CSM course where you will learn how to guide your team to apply scrum and gain a deeper understanding of the agile principles and values that are the foundation of this way of working.

All learning materials will be in English. 

Before the course, students will receive a comprehensive workbook, which should be printed for the class start.

In 4 half-day sprints, we will go through:

  • definition of scrum
  • scrum values
  • scrum framework
  • scrum team 
  • agile principles
  • iterative and incremental
  • scrum accountabilities
  • leadership
  • organizational design change
  • Scrum Master service to others
  • scrum artifacts
  • technical excellence
  • scrum events
  • and anything else the group deems important

As this is an interactive course, the agenda is not set in stone, but every learning sprint lasting 4h will be planned as it should be together with all students and the instructor.

This course is available to anyone. In the main room, we will speak English; in the breakout rooms, you can speak whatever language and in whatever way you prefer.
