It was a very enjoyable and educational workshop.There was just the right balance between lectures and workshops, and it was well attended and very lively.

Taking the CSP-SM training was a remarkable experience, with the most outstanding aspect being the utilization of online whiteboards for collaborative work. Participants shared ideas in real-time and visualized concepts, deepening communication and understanding. Especially during workshops and brainstorming sessions, organizing ideas on the whiteboard proved indispensable for fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master.Moreover, the discussions among participants were incredibly beneficial. People with diverse backgrounds and experiences came together, sharing knowledge through practical case studies and collaborating towards problem-solving. Such discussions were invaluable in honing the communication skills necessary for leading a team as a Scrum Master.Additionally, I learned many valuable points about facilitation. I acquired effective facilitation techniques, such as asking the right questions and eliciting energy from participants. These skills are essential for facilitating consensus-building and decision-making processes, vital for fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master.Finally, I gained insights into the methods of acting as a standout Scrum Master. I understood the importance of leadership, coaching, and servant leadership, learning how to effectively work towards the team's success. Recognizing the need for flexibility and adaptability to support self-organizing teams and achieve continuous improvement was crucial.Overall, through the CSP-SM training, I acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfill the role of a Scrum Master. The utilization of online whiteboards for collaborative work and participant discussions were particularly valuable. I also deepened my understanding of facilitation techniques and the importance of leadership, which I aim to apply in future endeavors.
