Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Attendees are allowed one transfer, but it must be to the same class type and can only be transferred for the next upcoming class.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate large groups and encourage full teams to sign up. Email [email protected] for more information on discount pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. All refund/transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected]. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend. Registration will be considered forfeited if no notice is received within the 48 hour window. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have questions about these policies. Who should attend

This microcredential course is specifically designed for Product Owners and Product Managers at any stage of their career (CSPO®, A-CSPO®, CSP-PO®, or practicing without certification) who want to understand and leverage Artificial Intelligence effectively within their role.

It is also highly beneficial for Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Marketing Professionals, Stakeholders, and anyone involved in defining product strategy or requirements who is interested in the practical application of AI tools and techniques to enhance product value.

No specific Scrum Alliance certification is required to attend this course. However, familiarity with Agile concepts and the accountabilities of the Product Owner role is recommended to gain the most value from the focused discussions and exercises on applying AI.

To participate in the online course, you'll need the following:

A quiet, comfortable place to be for the duration of the class
- Choose an area without distractions
- Be mindful of managing potential interruptions (e.g. children, pets, etc).

Camera and microphone (we'll have virtual breakout rooms)

What to Expect...

Breaks – The course will include frequent breaks to allow time away from the screen, time to stretch your legs, and check on friends/family.
Video Required – You'll be working with others in video breakout rooms. It's a unique way to engage with your classmates and dive deeper into discussions.
Tools – Our coaches have incorporated easy-to-use websites and online collaboration tools to support their lessons.

it was an interesting course

Very relevant - would like a longer time period

The class was introductory and informative. Lots of information to cram into 4 hours. Definitely believe the class should be extended to a minimum of 8 hrs, maximum 16 hours. Then this would allow more hands on and explanation. The instructor, Joel, was a good instructor and told the class to reach it for any additional instruction and/or information which I believe most of us will take him up on that offer.

Joel was a greater instructor. I would recomend this course and instroctor to anyone.

Very helpful information

I think it’s a class that deals well with a still evolving topic.

Joe was great and went at an easy to learn pace. Class was well organized and lots of materials provided beforehand, during and after to support the teachings.

Joel did great explaining all the concepts and provided SO many resources. Most helpful was learning how to properly put together a prompt for more meaningful results.
