The course provided everything that was needed for a learner to be able to develop their facilitation skills. Interactions within the group were frequent and well organised, with different learning styles being catered too, all delivered by Ben who was a positive and knowledgeable trainer. I would recommend the course for anyone who regularly chairs meetings or has to undertake workshops as the learning provided helps cater to a multitude of situations.
