Joel and Teddy both taught this class incredibly. Over the four days, I learned a lot of foundational skills that I was missing, techniques and strategies I could employ, and I came away much more empowered to facilitate. I especially appreciated that Joel and Teddy both had personal experiences they could add to course materials as examples, and I would highly recommend anyone choose this course and either of these instructors for any training needs they may have. A+!

Joel created a multi-day engaging experience where theory was perfectly mixed with practical application. Between thoughtful insights and plentiful experiences, we were able to learn, practice, and repeat multiple times. Joel also kept a good eye on the clock knowing when to break early and when we could squeeze out 5 more minutes. I highly recommend Joel as a trainer for any needs.

This was the best training I have ever taken - and I don't say that lightly. I have never worked so hard in a training for my certification, and I think that was part of the reason it was so valuable. I loved being able to practice the skills and receive real-time feedback. The instructors were not only fun and deeply knowledgeable, it was clear that they truly cared about the topics and the learners.
