Excellent knowledge sharing, very intesive two days but worth it!
The Product Owner training was not only highly useful but also truly inspiring. I appreciated the focus on metrics and how critical it is to adapt them to the product’s development phase – with different priorities during market introduction, scaling, and maintenance. I particularly valued the real-life scenarios we had the chance to enact, as they provided an excellent way to apply the knowledge in practice and receive constructive feedback. Additionally, the case studies presented by the trainers were incredibly insightful and helped to better understand the real-world challenges one might face in this role. The trainers demonstrated exceptional experience and expertise, making the training truly high-quality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow in this field!
