New! This is the first AI for Scrum Masters course with Rowan Bunning who has been educating Scrum Masters since 2008.

AI is inevitably revolutionising the way that Scrum teams work. As a leader, you are expected to lead by example on how to leverage GenAI. The challenge is doing this in a way that enhances rather than compromises Agile and Scrum values and principles.

Today’s effective Scrum Masters are saving time using AI and reallocating it to impediment resolution and capability uplift. They are using AI to unlock deeper insights into their team, Product Owner and stakeholders. To challenge and enhance their own thinking to show up with more options and be more effective.

During this course, you will learn how to automate tedious tasks such as:

  • meeting summaries

  • report generation

  • creating visual aids

  • creating facilitation plans

  • creating more comprehensive acceptance criteria

  • identifying test cases

  • identifying early signs of team morale changing

… and much more

Discover…

  • Which AI tools to use for which activities and tasks.

  • How to structure prompts to maximise effectiveness.

  • What use cases to apply GenAI to from Scrum events to sensing team conflict to strategic product choices.

  • Considerations for countering AI biases and how each Scrum accountability can use it ethically.

  • What a “dream team” of AI tools enhancing people looks like.

You’ll come away with prompt templates that you can apply immediately to your work.

Accreditation

After demonstrating active participation and understanding throughout this course, your completion will be registered with Scrum Alliance. You will then receive instructions via email on how to claim your official “AI for Scrum Masters” microcredential. This includes a digital badge to display on your profile and share on LinkedIn.
