The coaching with Anja has been really rewarding and one of the most exciting and fulfilling training journeys I have ever had. Anja is an excellent coach, always positive, supportive, trusting, focused, very knowledgeable, observant, respectful and most importantly a clear communicator. Anja gave me fantastic angles on how to structure scrum events and retros in particular, how to communicate more effectively with my various project teams and to reflect on my leadership skills. I feel so empowered and much more confident on walking the scrum path I have chosen to follow.
This mentoring program was flexible and easy to implement into my schedule. I could decide when to prepare for the next session and also which cadence of meetings works best for me. The material was a great collection of topics to research, links to articles or videos as well as book recommendations. This helped a lot to find information about the different chapters. Anja shared many insights from her experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach. She also made helpful suggestions what I could try with my team in specific situation we faced.
The A-CSM Course was an insightful one, and helped me further develop my knowledge and awareness about agility. My Program Mentor Anja Steidl asked me questions that required me to deeply reflect on my experiences with the Agile Manifesto Principles and Scrum Values through a series of structured Learning Objectives, which was a great exercise. I enjoyed the program very much.
