Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®

I can highly recommend this training. It is somewhat exhausting becase it is a lot of information packed into a few days, but its so highly interactive and Björn really gives the space for participants to explore things on their own, that it goes by really fast. Björn really lives the various Scrum Master competencies by variously coaching, training, facilitating, and mentoring throughout the training while also calling on participants to actively use their own competencies and skills to enhance the training.

Bjoern Jensen is an amazing Scrum Trainer (CST). His well prepared and open course format brings joy to his participants. The A-CSM course contains many advanced models and shows practicing Scrum Masters a path of agile facilitation within organizations.It is priced very reasonably. Lunch and snacks as well as drinks are included. But totally worth the investment. Already from day one I was able to take away learnings for my current and future projects. This all just increased by the following days.A-CSM is not for the everyday Scrum Master who just wants to organize Retros etc.A-CSM prepares you for facilitating real organizational changes be it inside of a/your team or externally creating environments of change for a/your organization.I recommend this course whole-heartedly to everyone wanting to extend their knowledge in Scrum Mastery!

Björn Jensen macht die Schulungen sehr interessant und kann viel Wissen vermitteln und Impulse mitgeben. Er geht auf die Fragen, die die Teilnehmer mitbringen, immer ein und versteht es, eine positive und schwungvolle Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

He brought his deep experience to each discussion and provided multiple approaches for each situation we discussed. He provided a wide variety of external resources for our ongoing learning, which were deeply appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience.
