I recently had the opportunity to complete a 3-day instructor-led Product Owner training program conducted by Ram Srinivasan , and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and outcomes of the course. From start to finish, the sessions were well-structured, engaging, and packed with practical insights that are directly applicable to real-world projects. Over the three days training, Ram covered a wide range of key topics including Agile principles, the Scrum framework, Backlog Management, Prioritization Methods, Stakeholder Communication, and Techniques for maximizing product value. Each session was thoughtfully designed to build upon the previous one, reinforcing both conceptual understanding and real-world applicability. The interactive discussions and exercises helped reinforce key Product Owner responsibilities, especially around backlog management, stakeholder communication, and prioritization techniques. He (Ram) demonstrated exceptional expertise and maintained a high level of engagement throughout the course.
