Timely relevant and useful for future facilitators

The content was useful and the trainer was very skilled. The course used Zoom which required a waiver for my organization to use and some functionality was limited. When paying for the course, there were challenges that required multiple communications. Since the certification is new, I do not have a good sense of how it will be valued in the industry. Overall, a good class that was well-presented.

This class is beyond amazing. It is THE most engaging training ever. Coach Eric was able to make us think deeply beyond meetings. I have learned a lot about different frameworks to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts and run efficient meetings. The exercises were engaging and fun! Highly recommended to anyone from senior to junior!
