This was an enjoyable, thought-provoking two days! Mark was great at presenting the material, and encouraging discussion between the participants.

This is the best course I've taken. It was a perfect mix of material and hands on learning. Really enjoyed my time and learned a lot!

Mark is an outstanding instructor who combines deep real-world experience with genuine humour and a teaching style that makes complex ideas easy to grasp. What stood out most was how he connected Scrum concepts to real workplace situations rather than just presenting theory. The CSM workshop gave me a strong foundation in Scrum and Agile thinking, and I finished the course feeling confident about applying what I learned in real environments. I passed the exam the same day the workshop ended and earned my certification. I’d happily take another course with Mark in the future.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and easy to listen to. His experience came through during this virtual training as he had to maintain the cadence and engage all the students which is not easy in a virtual environment. I appreciated how he kept to a schedule and ensured all participants had a voice. The content started to feel familiar as I could link it to project management even if it is mainly for software development. Being in a operational team I am sure we will look on how we manage the workflow after this training. Some gaps have been identified and might be addressed once we all get back to our routine. I dont know what percentage of attendees were non-technical but I am certain with their own background (BA) maybe they could see the similarities and use some of the SCRUM principles
