About
My name is Yana Ryabtseva. I am a Senior Product Owner on Fannie Mae Digital Products team. Prior to this, I was a Lead Scrum Master for multiple development and requirements teams in the same organization. I came to software development world from business side - my domain is finance, primarily capital markets - fixed income, mortgage derivatives, credit enhancement, and muni bonds.
I have over 15 years of product development experience, mainly in the role of Agile Product Manager. Through the course of my career I've switched to the role of Agile Coach/Scrum Master a few times which helped me better understand Scrum process and develop strong facilitation skills. I have expertise in leading software delivery with the use of SAFe, Scrum, XP and Kanban frameworks.
I currently hold Scaled Agile Framework Certified Practitioner (SPC4), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF), Business Value Analysis (ICP-BVA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
