For the past 10+ years Rumen has been working with organisational development and change at IKEA. With assignments delivering to: 
- the change to category organisation in Supplying, 
- new ways to work, lead and organise for Product development in Range and Supply, 
- the creation of open and transparent job market within IKEA franchise system, 
- digital transformation of HR in Inter IKEA, 
- agile business transformation in IKEA Consumer and Market insights, 
- simplify of Inter IKEA Group Insights,
Rumen has matured experience in leading business and people in the integrated IKEA value chain within complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity. 

Prior to IKEA, Rumen had been involved for 15 years in consulting, project management and business development in the competence and leadership development area. He has been providing consultancy to corporate, academic and public organisations, including: Bosch, SwissRe, General Electrics MB, Ericsson, McKinsey, RAI Educational; Tampere University, Milan Chamber of Commerce and the European Space Agency, helping them align learning solutions to business goals.

Thanks to his experience in Business process optimisation, Organisation development and Change, Rumen works seamlessly throughout the organisation to assess challenges and risks and facilitate development of practical solutions. 

Rumen has taught Project Management, Business Analysis and Process Improvement in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Sudan and Sweden. 

Rumen holds a Master of Science in Managing engineering and Bachelor of Science in Multimedia technologies and professional certifications in:
- Project management professional (PMP), Portfolio management professional (PfMP) and Agile practitioner (PMI-ACP) by the Project management institute
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Leadership (CAL) by Scrum Alliance
- Certified Agile Coach by ICAgile
- SAFe' scaled agile certified
- Business analysis professional (CBAP) by the International Institute for Business Analysis 
- Lean Six Sigma yellow belt by the International Association for Six Sigma
- Large Scale Scrum practitioner by LeSS.works.
