As a jack of all trades and master of none in my early career, over the course of the last 4 years I have directed my efforts toward gaining knowledge and experience in the field of Project Management. Starting in 2014 as a Site Buildout Project Manager for the Testing Infrastructure team at Prometric, I utilized acquired discipline in customer service and attention to detail to make a significant jump from Customer Service Team Lead to Project Manager. From 2014 to 2017, I maximized my potential by gaining knowledge and experience from my seasoned coworkers while tackling multiple site build projects concurrently. Wanting to gain entry into the world of technoloy and development, I departed Prometric for a more challenging opportunity at 14 West as a Project Manager on the ERP/CRM Team. After 5 months, I was promoted to Manager of Project and Resources on the ERP/CRM Operations Team where I managed a Team of Project Managers and Business Analysts while continuing to deliver value managing projects. Since becoming a CSM in June of 2018, I have delivered value by utilzing my certification and degree in Psychology to facilitate scrum teams and create positive and outcome driven organizational change. Currently, as a PMO Project Manager, I utilize my CSM to continue to work with multiple teams to help deliver value across many products to achieve strategic goals of the oranization as a whole.
