Brian has worked in the higher education electronics and telecommunications industry since 1984, chasing electrons since 1979. Started learning about and practicing scrum in Novemberof 2015 after many years of managing network engineers, systems administrators, and operations center staff. Became the product owner for in house built network management tools due to extensive experience in that area. Recruited by our master ScrumMaster to be an additional ScrumMaster due to his project load. Became a certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner due to training from Mike Cohn, August 28 - September 1, 2016. Became a Certified Scrum Professional on February 6, 2018. Received "Trained by Mike Cohn" Scrum Master certificate 10/03/2019. Also became a Certified Scrum Educator in 2019. Now Directing a highly skilled escalation team of IT SME's plus Scrum Master for multiple high performing IT teams. Also serve as an elected member on the ARIN Advisory Council and various associated working groups for furthering Internnet governance policy in the ARIN region.
