I believe Agile was never about events, Jira boards, or blindly following frameworks.

It was about unlocking people, improving adaptability, and continuously becoming better. Most challenges are not people problems, they are system problems, and systems improve when people can finally see them clearly.

But titles matter less than impact. Because real agility is not about implementing frameworks.
