Malene is a great teacher and clearly knows the subject matter!

This Microcert is very useful. In my Product Management experience, people want dashboards of KPIs. This cert/the concept of using OKRs allows me to think about my team members value in terms of the less measurable actions and aspects. Also, Malene, the instructor, positioned the concepts. tools, and breakout sessions well so nothing got overwhelming.

This course gave a solid overview of what OKRs are and how they can be integrated with Scrum teams and companies.

Not much explanation of what an OKR actually is. Just straight to exercises without really explaining them. It is ok if you have worked with them, but if not, you go straight to exercises without knowing what to do. I feel my money was not properly invested unfortunately.

Very informative class on creating objectives and key results focusing on being a leader to empower your team. I highly recommend this class!
