If you are still unsure about the CSM training, food for thought: I feel so empowered and equipped to speak the same language as all of my tech stakeholders and partners. All of the ambiguities are gone and I can see things from their perspective in an entirely new and fresh way. Not to mention, I can fully understand the language, logic and reasoning of so many conversations, further enhancing my ability to work seamlessly to deliver the highest quality outcomes - based on realistic timelines and with a single mindset (across all tech teams). Bonus: It was amazing to learn something new and feel that little extra something we all feel when we can earn a new badge/skill-set!! Now for the exam!!

The information shared by Joel is incredibly helpful in my career. I will use all the elements of scrum going forward with my team. I love that scrum is founded on empiricism and lean thinking in order to generate value through adaptive solutions to a range of complex issues.
