Eric Tucker created a warm, thoughtful, creative and engaging learning environment for this Agile facilitator training. Eric mixed thought-provoking team exercises with group discussions that helped our class learn the techniques, and added personal experiences that illustrated their applications in the real world. As a group, we felt connected to Eric. Personally, Eric created a space where I, as a somewhat quiet person, felt comfortable speaking to the group. I highly recommend Eric and his work.

Eric's virtual training was the worlds better than what I anticipated. Rather than lecturing at us for hours on Zoom, he continuously engaged us in class-wide and breakout-group discussions. The hourly 10-minute breaks sprinkled in were also much appreciated. It was a long weekend of training, but I feel like I absorbed significantly more content with Eric's engaging methods and frequent group activities.

Eric is a master facilitator and expertly modeled the skills and techniques of the content we were learning. This course was the best training I've ever had in my career - the curriculum was so well designed with discussions, exercises, and teamwork that it kept us highly engaged and having fun for the duraction. For the breadth and depth of the content, time flew by!
