I had the privilege of attending a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course led by Rick Waters, and I can say without hesitation that his instruction was nothing short of exceptional. Rick is an incredible teacher. He is engaging and does an amazing job of keeping the class entertained. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he teaches and the students that go through his course. If you have the opportunity to take a course with him I would strongly recommend doing so.
