Raj is a great instructor ! I have zero background in Scrum as I'm in the process of transitioning careers. I was a little nervous about taking this course. Raj explained all components in great detail that were easy to understand, and he was also very welcoming to answering any questions.

Before starting this course, I was completely in the blue. However, Mr Raj K. was able to break down the subject and material to my finger tip. I can now distinguish between Agile and Scrum Master. I recently completed a two day in person Scrum Master course, and it was an outstanding experience. The instructor was engaging, entertaining, and deeply knowledgeable about both Scrum principles and real world application. From the start, he created an interactive environment that kept everyone involved and focused. What made the biggest impact was his ability to simplify complex concepts. He used clear analogies, practical examples, and well drawn diagrams to make topics like servant leadership, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and impediment removal easy to understand and remember. Instead of just reviewing the Scrum Guide, we walked through realistic scenarios and discussed how Scrum works in actual organizations. The structure of the class built confidence step by step. Each discussion reinforced the mindset and responsibilities of a Scrum Master, not just the terminology. I walked away with both strong conceptual understanding and practical insight. I am proud to say I passed the exam, but more importantly, I feel prepared to step into a Scrum Master role with clarity and confidence.
