The information covered by instructor Rick Waters provided an excellent basis for Scrum Master certification. Rick used real life anecdotes and humor in his instruction and the group breakout exercises reinforced the material. Upon completion of the course, passing the CSM certification exam served as an example that the course material was thorough and accurate.

As someone with ADHD who is nearly a decade out of college, I was nervous about digesting and retaining all of the content from the CSM course. I feel like I hit the jackpot in choosing to take the course taught by Rick Waters. From his first-hand experience, to his style of lecturing, all the way to the materials he created and used in class, he was the most engaging teacher I could have hoped for. Rick allotted time for consistent breaks, provided many opportunities to participate in the class and in groups, and broke all of the CSM content down into manageable bites. Every instructor of any subject would be wise to take pages from his book; I've never felt so strongly about an instructor's style of teaching before. I will never forget the lessons Rick taught in just three brief days. If you're unsure of which CSM instructor to choose, I would say to look no further!
