About

Title: Scrum Master

Isaac "Link" Linkletter started in the United States Air Force as an enlisted Air Traffic Controller. After leaving the service, he entered the software development industry as a quality analyst in the video game space, working for companies like NCSoft, Bioware and Riot Games. At Riot, he transitioned to an engineering role working with the build engineering team and after leaving Riot went to work for a startup building a game engine as a quality engineer, focusing on building continuous delivery and test automation. In addition to the QE role, he also took on a ScrumMaster role for one of the development teams, and after that startup folded, came to work for Netspend as a full-time ScrumMaster, serving two teams in the development of reloadable pre-paid electronic payment products. After being given the opportunity to pursue a career path closer to his personal interests, Link joined COBB Tuning as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in March of 2019, assisting the industry-leading company in transitioning from a traditional development process to a Scrum framework incorporating both hardware and software development. From there he was recruited to a Senior Scrum Master role at Cox Automotive in 2021, joining the elite team overseeing the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer product. During his tenure with Cox Automotive, Link has had the opportunity to serve as Scrum Master to multiple teams in charge of various products, including a stint as interim Release Train Engineer, giving him unparalleled experience in the Agile Scrum space, and uniquely positioning him to be as effective as possible in empowering teams to achieve their objectives.
