Experience Brad’s art of presentation and interactive learning model with his CAL1 course - value for service!

I enjoyed the Cal 1 course and appreciated Brad's engaging and informative training style. While my experience was positive, there are a few things worth considering. 1. The Mural collaborate solution was a little glitchy and has room for improvement. 2. I would have preferred more agile-related content since it is a Scrum Alliance offering. It seemed like a traditional leadership and organization class and rarely associated those leadership and organizational principles to agile scrum accountabilities, events, and artifacts.

The CAL (Certified Agile Leadership) 1 training, taught by Brad Swanson with Agility 11, was well worth it. The training includes not only individual but also organizational development. The classes were well organized, thorough, and engaging. I always feel that training is worthwhile if you can leave with tools to use, which I did. This is not the first training with Brad and Agility 11 - I hope to attend another again in the future.

I feel that this course was great. The balance between lecture and break out sessions was just right. I feel that not only learned usable skills but I was also able to reflect on my real world experience as well.

Outstanding experience. So polished. So informative. So worthwhile. I've done many leadership development sessions in my career - this rates among the best. Thank you, Brad!

Great content and very interactive course

The use case level training really helps

Brad presented the course content in an interesting and interactive way that maximized my ability to learn. The small group size allowed for deeper discussions with real world examples.

I really enjoyed this course for Agile Leaders. It was packed with conceptual models, practical techniques, and ample time for team discussions with real-world examples.
