Certified Agile Leader® 1

I attended the Certified Agile Leader 1 (CAL 1) training with positive expectations. While the trainer was clearly experienced and knowledgeable, some aspects of the course did not fully meet what I was hoping for. In particular, part of the material, especially the videos, felt dated, which made it harder to connect the content to today’s Agile environments. Additionally, the training felt quite structured, with limited room for participant discussions, as these were sometimes paused to stay on schedule. Overall, the course offered a solid introduction, but I would have appreciated more up-to-date materials and greater emphasis on interaction and shared learning.

Just finished the Certified Agile Leadership course and really liked it. It wasn’t about frameworks — it focused more on how we show up as leaders and support our teams. Lots of practical takeaways and great reflection. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to grow as an Agile leader.

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable on multiple topics regarding leadership and the Agile mindset. The collaboration of ideas from the classmates was also nothing short of remarkable. I highly recommend this course and Instructor Srinivasan for any leadership skills advancement.

Had an incredible experience with Ram. Really amazing CAP-1 sessions, lots of strategies to take away that can be applied to the teams. Lots of content to develop EI skills. Great exercises to practice the techniques with a diverse group in the breakout rooms. Zoom and Mural weren't great tools, dealt with some hurdles along the way but nothing I could not manage. I wish scrum alliance had a learning portal (like others organizations) where we could access all materials instead having to download each document.

The instructor was very clear and communicative throughout the class. I really enjoyed the discussions with the other participants.

Provides greater insight and perspective as it pertains to Agile Leadership.
