Lee is an amazing facilitator. He kept everyone engaged and excited throughout the two day course. His lessons truly were life-changing. As a 25 year PM, Scheduler and 5 year PMP working in the DOW environment and utilizing traditional predictive waterfall planning, Agile and Scrum has been difficult for me to wrap my head around apply to my daily work load. I talked about this during the course and Lee helped me with understanding this transition; it's a mindset, outcome over output. There wasn't a definitive moment when the light bulb came on, but instead there was a continuous raising of the dimmer switch. By the end, I have a MUCH better understanding of everything I know about Agile and Scrum along with how I can apply it and help my team (10 schedulers) apply it to their work as well. Lee was an amazing facilitator who's lessons will forever be engrained in my work habits. Much respect and thanks!

I recently completed the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course with Mr. Henson, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
