The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training offered via Connected Movement is designed to build deep understanding of the Scrum Master role and the skills needed to guide high-performing Agile teams, with a strong focus on applying Generative AI tools to elevate Scrum practices.

This training emphasizes hands-on practice and real-world facilitation scenarios, including interactive AI use-cases to accelerate team coaching, streamline Scrum events, and support continuous improvement with AI-driven insights.

Details

Our trainer, Gino N. Shahidi, brings deep expertise in Agile coaching and integrating Generative AI into Scrum Mastery practices. Gino is a globally recognised trainer and part of the Scrum Alliance Trainer Approval Community (TAC). He helps Scrum Masters apply both traditional Agile principles and advanced AI techniques in their daily work.

The Scrum Alliance CSM certification exam is included in the training package. Delightful lunch, snacks, and drinks are provided in an inspiring venue. The course is offered in both English and Dutch (see course details). All course materials are provided, including AI-enhanced exercises, templates and tools.
