Yet again, Mark delivered a thoroughly engaging, educational, and highly valuable learning experience. Just like in his Product Owner certification course, his approach to the Certified Scrum Master certification placed us directly in the role of Scrum Masters throughout the class. We actively applied Scrum and Agile principles, facilitated all Scrum events, treated each segment of the class as a sprint, and practiced impactful coaching techniques with one another. Mark also made himself available at the end of each session to answer any questions. He even spent 15 minutes after class giving me a deeper dive into some of the concepts. The class is advertised as a concierge experience, and I truly felt we all received the white-glove treatment. If you have the opportunity to choose your instructor, I can't recommend Mark highly enough.

I appreciated that the instructor had done the process before, and that he did not use a power point to teach the class. It was very interactive and it was nice to be able to ask questions and participate with the other class attendees because the class was small.
