Hands-On, Interactive Learning

Hands-on classroom experience.

The key to learning is class engagement.  This class blends theory and practices through simulations, games and stories to create a fully immersive experience that allows participants to learn and understand key concepts by experiencing them throughout the class.  The public class format allows us participants with different backgrounds, experiences and skill levels to learn not only from the instructor but also from each other by sharing real-world solutions to real-world problems.  The goal of this class is not only to have students understand the fundamentals of scrum, but more important how to leverage scrum to help create highly collaborative, sustainable and succesful teams.

Experience Matters

Scrum is a lightweight framework that is simple to understand but difficult to master.  It requires deep experience to understand the patterns that help make teams and organizations succesful.  Giora has over 15 years of experience leading, coaching and training Agile teams.  He has worked with organizations in different industries, different culture and different goals to help them through their Agile transformations.  Giora brings this wealth of experience to the class to address real-world challenges with real-world solutions.
