She thrives in an environment where each day is different and she has to think quickly on her feet. Sheila's experience as a client has made her a better vendor! Though it’s never an ideal situation, she also has a knack for turning around initiatives in trouble. She loves learning something new with each engagement and bringing that knowledge to her next client.
With extensive experience leading global project teams across multiple regions, time zones and cultures, involving direct people management, team building, coaching, and mentoring, Sheila has managed the planning, organization and implementation of highly visible corporate initiatives crossing multiple disciplines, businesses and organizations. Adept at building consensus across organization and functional lines, she collaborates with constituent Project Leads to monitor scope, schedule and performance of projects.
